How do I order?
There are number of ways for you to place an order with us.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and you can pay online or over the telephone.
Payment for goods sold online is made via Credit or Debit card using the Barclays ePDQ System.
Payment for goods placed over the telephone are processed through Barclays Merchant Services
For security reasons Advnced Digital Dynamics Ltd does not hold any card numbers. All transactions are processed directly by the bank, and we are informed if a payment has been successful or not.
We also accept paypal, bank transfer, or cheque. Please ask for our paypal ID or bank details if you wish to pay by this method.

How will my goods arrive?
All our goods are shipped via Insured Courier within the specified time. If there is a delay for any reason we will inform you at the earliest opportunity. You are welcome to have your goods collected by your own courier or collect in person with prior arrangement.
We no longer ship via Royal Mail unless specifically asked to do so.
We will blind ship direct to your clients if you prefer.
What warranty do I get with my products?
All our goods are shipped with a minimum 30 day return to base warranty.
Individual items are offered with different warranty terms that will be stated on the advert. If you are unsure or require a different warranty, please give us a call and we will be happy to discuss this with you.
I want to buy a server but not sure which one best suits my needs?
Many companies think they need some sort of server or even additional servers, but aren’t sure which to actually buy. A server can be costly so its important to ensure that you are buying the right one to suit you or your company. Why do I have to pay Vat?
We are required by law to charge VAT on any goods we sell.
If you are based outside of the UK but inside the EU, we are required to charge VAT unless you can supply a valid VAT ID.
