Shipping & Delivery

When do I need to order by?

Monday to Friday the cut-off time for next day parts orders to the UK Mainland is 4pm. Please select Next Working Day during the checkout process. If you are purchasing a Configure to Order server, we need to build and test before shipping so usually requires an extra day, although we will still do our best to ship same day.

In all cases ‘Next Day’ delivery is subject to cleared funds and stock availability. Next Day deliveries apply to UK Mainland addresses only, and are sometimes not available if goods need to ship on a pallet, depending on time of order.

Deliveries can take place from 7.30am until 5pm, and Next Day delivery excludes weekends and bank holidays.

If you have ordered IT equipment and have requested add on services such as fitting of additional memory or a Recovery DVD or specific firmware, your order will be delayed and Next Day delivery means that your order will be dispatched on a premium delivery service when your configuration has been completed.

Most of our orders can be tracked online, however for some couriers we are unable to offer you tracking details. If this is the case and your delivery has not arrived by 5pm on the due delivery date, please contact us either by email, telephone or live chat, we will be pleased to help.

PLEASE NOTE - All items should be inspected upon delivery and damaged goods should be refused. If you notice damage after goods are delivered you must be report this to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our website is designed to help you through our easy purchasing process. If you make an offer and your offer is accepted you will only pay the offer price at checkout.

You can place your order online or over the phone at the same great price and we'll email a copy of your order request to you, however, you cannot use the make an offer feature over the phone, this feature is only available online.

Your order information is saved in your *My Account* details and you can see these when you are logged in.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express* for delivery to the card registered address. If you need to deliver to a family or work address we can help, additional proof of identity will be required to help avoid malicious use of your card.

We also accept PayPal order to ensure we can dispatch your goods as quickly as possible, credit and debit card payments are taken at the point of order.
